OUR LIBATIONS
At Lula, our beverage program is a love letter to agave and the art of a perfectly balanced pour. We’ve traded the formality of traditional cocktail lounges for a more soulful, vibrant energy—a place where the complexity of a craft spirit meets the laid-back comfort of your favorite Doylestown local. Whether you’re a lifelong tequila enthusiast or just curious about mezcal, our menu is designed to be approachable, inventive, and, above all, delicious.
We believe that every drink tells a story, from the heritage of the distillers we partner with to the seasonal ingredients we shake into every tin. Our selection features agave-forward spirits that lean into bold, earthy, and bright profiles, curated to complement our globally inspired kitchen. Take a seat, chat with our team, and dive into the history and craft behind your favorite cocktail.

Libelula
Libélula is a "Joven" tequila crafted with a focus on balance, tradition, and purity, notably produced without any additives or sweeteners. It is an innovative blend of 100% Blue Weber Agave spirits: a bright, citrusy Blanco and a soft, oak-aged Reposado. The Blanco is distilled in autoclaves to maintain its vibrant, grassy profile, while the Reposado is slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens and aged for eight months in American oak bourbon barrels to impart notes of vanilla, cocoa, and ground clove. Produced at the Destiladora Bonanza in the highlands of Jalisco, Libélula aims to provide a harmonized spirit that is versatile enough for both high-end cocktails and neat sipping.

Combier
Founded in Saumur, France, in 1834, Combier is the home of the world’s first triple sec. Their flagship product, Original Combier Liqueur d'Orange, is still crafted today using the same exacting standards and antique copper stills established by Jean-Baptiste Combier over 180 years ago. The brand is celebrated for its commitment to natural ingredients, using a pure distillation of sweet and bitter orange peels without added colorings or flavorings. Beyond their world-famous orange liqueur, Combier produces an extensive range of fruit liqueurs—such as Pamplemousse and Cassis—as well as historic elixirs and "Blanchette" Absinthe, all of which reflect the distillery’s deep roots in French botanical craftsmanship.
Banhez Mezcal
Banhez Mezcal distinguishes itself through a cooperative model, being owned and operated by the families of the U.P.A.D.E.C.
Co-operative in Ejutla, Oaxaca. This structure ensures that the people who grow, harvest, and distill the agave are the ones who own the brand, fostering a sustainable future for the local mezcaleros. Their signature Ensamble is a blend of Espadín and Barril agaves, hand-crafted using traditional artisanal methods: roasting the agave in underground stone pits, crushing it with a horse-drawn tahona, and fermenting it with wild yeasts. The resulting spirit is a tribute to the community and the diverse "expressions" of agave found throughout the Oaxacan landscape.
